Reading a stack of rate cons? Sign up free and upload them in a batch
Built for the people who handle rate cons after the load is booked
Carriers and owner operators
Get the load number, the agreed pay and the stop dates into your invoice or spreadsheet without retyping them. A total that does not match its charges shows up before you bill.
Dispatchers
Move pickup and delivery details from any broker’s rate con into your sheet or TMS import. Every stop comes out with its facility, address, date and reference numbers.
Factoring companies
Look over a rate con before you fund it: the broker and carrier MC numbers, the charges against the total and the pickup and delivery dates, side by side with the page.
Every field you would type by hand grouped the way the document prints it
Click any field in the results and the page opens at the spot it came from, so checking a number takes a glance.

Checks on every read so a bad rate con never reaches an invoice
Each document comes back with a short list of checks, passed or failed, in plain words.
Charges add up to the total
Line haul, fuel and every accessorial are added up and compared with the printed total pay.
Pickup comes before delivery
A delivery dated before the first pickup is flagged, and so is a stop with no date.
MC and DOT numbers
Each one is checked for a well formed number. A broker and carrier sharing one MC number is flagged, and so is a carrier with neither.
Load number, date and broker
The three fields every rate con needs. If one cannot be found, you hear about it before you invoice.
A field worth a second look, such as a faint scan or a handwritten change, is marked in amber with the words “Check this against the document”.
CSV and Excel with one row per load
CSV
One row per rate confirmation: load number, broker and carrier with their MC numbers, first pickup, last delivery, line haul, fuel, other charges, total pay and payment terms. It opens in Excel and Google Sheets and imports into most TMS and accounting tools.
Excel (XLSX)
The same Loads sheet, plus a Stops sheet with every pickup and delivery and a Charges sheet with each line as printed. Dates and amounts arrive as real dates and numbers, ready for formulas.
One document free and batches of them after you sign up
Upload a batch
Drop a week of rate confirmations and bills of lading at once. Each one is read and checked on its own.
Fix any field
Edit a value next to the page and the checks run again, so a corrected charge turns the total check green.
One spreadsheet for every load
Export every load to one spreadsheet, one row per rate confirmation, with bills of lading on a sheet of their own.
No credit card needed.
Rate confirmation OCR questions
What is rate confirmation OCR?
It reads a rate confirmation PDF or photo and turns it into structured data: the load number, the broker and carrier, every stop, each charge and the total pay. You get a spreadsheet instead of retyping the document into your TMS or invoice.
Does it work with any broker’s rate confirmation?
Yes. There are no templates to set up, so a layout it has never seen is read the same way as a familiar one. TMS printouts, scans and phone photos all work, and a sharp, flat photo reads best.
What does it check?
It adds up the charges and compares them with the printed total, checks that every stop has a date and that the first pickup comes before every delivery, and checks that the MC and DOT numbers are well formed. Any field worth a second look is marked so you can compare it with the page.
Is the first document really free?
Yes. Your first rate confirmation or bill of lading is free with no signup, as a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 4 pages and 10 MB. New accounts get 10 free pages, no credit card needed.
Can I upload many rate confirmations at once?
Yes, once you sign up. Upload a batch of rate confirmations and bills of lading, check the flagged fields next to each page and export every load to one spreadsheet.
What happens to the document I upload?
Uploads are encrypted in transit. The free reader keeps a copy of each document it reads so we can look into any problem you report, and your documents are never sold. After you sign up, your documents are stored in your account and you can remove any of them from your dashboard.
