Convert Marcus by Goldman Sachs Statements to CSV, Excel & QBO

Marcus gives you a monthly PDF and nothing else. We found no CSV, no Quicken file, and no QuickBooks file anywhere in the account, and Quicken removed Marcus from its bank list in February 2026. Drop the PDF below and get a spreadsheet.

What Marcus by Goldman Sachs exports natively, and where it stops

Marcus is a short list. Its own help pages describe viewing recent transactions and downloading statements, and that is where the list ends:

Transaction export (CSV, QFX, QBO)Not offeredNoneMarcus lists tracking recent transactions and downloading statements as the things you can do online. It does not mention a transaction download in any format, and we could not find one.
Quicken and SimplifiRemoved in February 2026NoneQuicken staff confirmed Marcus chose to stop being supported. The connection was removed and their advice is to enter transactions by hand.

So the PDF is the record. That is fine for reading and useless for a spreadsheet, a tax worksheet, or QuickBooks. CapyParse reads the statement and gives you every deposit, withdrawal, and interest credit as rows.

From Marcus by Goldman Sachs PDF to spreadsheet in two short steps

Get your statement PDFs from marcus.com

  1. 1Sign in at marcus.com and open Documents.
  2. 2Pick the monthly statement you need. Savings and CD statements are both listed there, along with your 1099-INT.
  3. 3Download each month as a PDF and upload them together. A full year is twelve small files.

Convert with CapyParse

  1. 1Upload the PDFs, digital or scanned, one statement or a whole year in a batch.
  2. 2Review every extracted transaction next to the original page, with anything unusual flagged for a quick check.
  3. 3Export CSV, Excel, or QBO. Multi-account statements come out as one clean file per account.

Built for the way Marcus by Goldman Sachs prints statements

A savings statement looks too simple to get wrong. These are the details that matter once it becomes data:

Interest is its own row

Marcus compounds interest daily and credits it monthly. Each credit comes through as a dated row, so twelve statements and one filter give you the figure to check against your 1099-INT.

Summary figures stay out of the ledger

Statements print Interest Paid and Annual Percentage Yield Earned as summary figures. Those are not transactions and do not show up as rows in your export.

Transfers keep their direction

Almost everything in a Marcus account is a transfer to or from a linked bank. Each one keeps its description and its sign, which is what you need to match it against the other side in your checking account.

CDs convert too

High-Yield CD and No-Penalty CD statements are mostly an opening deposit and interest credits. They convert the same way as savings statements.

What happened to Marcus in Quicken

In early February 2026, Quicken users started seeing "Connectivity is no longer supported by Marcus at Goldman Sachs." Quicken staff later confirmed it: Marcus made the decision to no longer be supported in Quicken or Simplifi, and the suggested workaround was manual entry.

That is a rough answer for an account whose only activity is transfers and interest. There is nothing hard about the data. There is just no file to import.

Converting the statement closes that gap. Export CSV for a spreadsheet or QBO for QuickBooks. If you keep your books in Quicken, a CSV import works there too.

Three formats out, ready for your tools

CSV

Opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets with dates, descriptions, and amounts in separate columns. The universal import format for every accounting tool.

Excel (XLSX)

Native spreadsheet formatting, one sheet per account on combined statements, ready for pivot tables and formulas.

QBO for QuickBooks

A Web Connect file with the financial institution details QuickBooks verifies, so imports work on the first try instead of failing with a bank error.

Review everything before you export

Every extracted transaction appears next to the original statement page, with anything unusual flagged for a second look. Nothing leaves for your books until you have seen it.

Marcus by Goldman Sachs conversion questions

Can I download Marcus transactions as a CSV?

We could not find a way. Marcus’s help pages describe viewing recent transactions and downloading PDF statements, with no mention of a CSV, QFX, or QBO export. Download the statement from Documents and convert it with CapyParse to get a CSV or Excel file.

Does Marcus still work with Quicken?

No. In February 2026 Quicken confirmed that Marcus by Goldman Sachs is no longer available in Quicken or Simplifi, at the bank’s decision. Quicken’s own advice is manual entry. Converting your PDF statements to CSV gives you a file to import instead of typing rows.

Where do I find my Marcus statements?

Sign in at marcus.com and open Documents. Statements are issued monthly and cover the previous month’s activity. Your 1099-INT is posted in the same place by January 31. For statements older than the ones listed, Marcus asks you to contact them.

Can I import a Marcus statement into QuickBooks?

Yes. Convert the PDF with CapyParse and export as QBO, then upload it in QuickBooks under Banking, then Upload transactions. CSV works as well if you prefer to map the columns yourself.

Does this work with Apple Card or Apple Savings statements?

Those are separate products. Apple Card and Apple Savings are provided by Goldman Sachs Bank USA but are not Marcus accounts, and their statements come from the Wallet app with a different layout. CapyParse converts them too. Upload the PDF the same way.

Is it safe to upload my Marcus statement?

All uploads are encrypted in transit via HTTPS. The free converter on this page processes your file in memory and does not keep it. When you sign up, your documents are stored securely in your account, only you can access them, and you can delete any document from your dashboard at any time.
