How do I download Citi transactions as a CSV?
Sign in to Citi Online on a desktop, open the account, and use the Download Transactions button in the activity view. Choose CSV and a date range. On banking accounts the window is roughly the last 90 days. For anything older, download the PDF statements and convert them with CapyParse.
What columns does the Citi credit card CSV export have?
As of mid-2026, the Citi card export uses Status, Date, Description, Debit, and Credit columns, with amounts split across separate debit and credit columns rather than one signed amount. A CapyParse export mirrors the statement itself and normalizes direction into a consistent, import-ready format.
How far back can I get Citi statements?
Citi provides up to 7 years of PDF statements through Citi Online. The transaction download only covers about 90 days on banking accounts. Download the months you need as PDFs, upload them to CapyParse in one batch, and export the whole history as CSV, Excel, or QBO.
Does this handle Citi rewards summaries and points tables?
