What PNC exports natively, and where it stops
PNC has an export button, and for recent activity it works. The window and the stripped-down CSV format are where it falls short. Here is what each option covers:

How do I download a PNC bank statement?
Sign in at pnc.com, open the account, and go to Statements & Documents. Statements download as PDFs and are available for up to 7 years. To turn one into a spreadsheet, upload it to CapyParse and export CSV, Excel, or QBO.
Can I download PNC transactions as a CSV directly?
Yes, for recent activity. The Export button on the activity page produces CSV or QFX, covering roughly the last 2 years for CSV and often less for QFX. The CSV strips much of the transaction detail, and nothing older is available. For complete detail or older records, convert the PDF statements with CapyParse.
Does this work with PNC Virtual Wallet statements?
Yes. Virtual Wallet statements bundle Spend, Reserve, and Growth accounts on one PDF. CapyParse detects each sub-account and separates the transactions automatically, so every account gets its own clean export.
